So yesterday was... RL. Yeah, that's the best way to put it.
SL is a place where I should be able to let go of RL, but last night I didn't/couldn't. Sorry guys.
Hopefully today will be a better day.

We all have bad days, and because you are still you behind the avatar it can be hard to lose rl. You have nothing to apologize for because we all have days like that. Remember this though....you have friends that care about you, and when rl gets hard, there are listening ears ready and waiting for you.
