Yet another weekend has come and gone... and I survived. Thursday night was the weekly party at Johnnie's place. It was 80's night and I had an awesome playlist setup & ready to go. I had over 6 hours ready... and the gig was only 4. :) But... the lovebirds had other plans. Johnnie & illie somehow managed to come up with over 2 hours of the sappiest requests ever to hit SL. LOL I was able to get a request in from one of the guests every once in a while, so we were able to survive the sappiness. :)
Friday night was the weekly party at our island. It was also Shimmers' birthday (Lovecraft's RL wife). They had a birthday party for her at his ranch, so a lot of ppl that would have been at the beach were there instead. It was a smaller party than normal, but it was still fun and we still ran until around 1AM or so SL time.
Saturday was kinda slow. Had some RL things to do with family and that night, was kinda quiet on SL so I went to bed.
Sunday, I spent some time with my youngest. She had a fever so I cuddled with her and ended up taking a nap for a couple of hours. After taking them home, I got ready for the Leather 'n' Lace party at Aroha. We had a blast. Had a great turnout and some great requests. They kept me busy all night. :)
During the show last night, I talked to Siennah & Major and if the schedules work out, it looks like we're gonna have our first live show for Wes at the end of March. Keep a look out for more info on that coming soon.
Ok, I think I got the fever & such from my daughter yesterday. I feel like warmed over crap. Fever is getting worse. Dunno how long I'll be here today. Guess I need to go get some work done. Have a great day and I'll ttyl.
