Thank Goodness!!

Another week is over! And not such a fun one I might add. Totally glad this week is coming to an end. Hasn't been a good week for stormy either. She went home sick from work yesterday and while at home, she stumped her pinky toe and broke it. Needless to say, she's hurting pretty bad.

So last night was a new experience for me. I ended up doing a birthday party with Goth/Industrial music. I had just under 5 minutes to prep (last minute gig). Those of you that know me, know that is not my normal type of music. The good thing was that the party was late getting started so I had some time to research & download some music that fit the genre. I think it ended up going pretty well. I will however, ask about genre BEFORE accepting a gig from now on.

So tonight is my FAVORITE night on SL. I LOVE the parties at our beach. They're so much fun. The best part is the people that show up. The absolute best people in SL will be at our beach every Friday night. Right behind that is the music. I get to play some awesome stuff and over 85% of it is requests which means people are hearing their music and everyone is happy.

I have an open house to do tomorrow night from 3-8SL, and then another one Sunday night. Other than that, I'm going to hopefully find some time this weekend to go see the new Ghost Rider movie. Ghost Rider was my 2nd favorite comic book when I was a kid. Punisher was my first. I heard that if you liked the comic book, you probably won't like the movie... we'll see.
